The team carried out a full service to manufacturer specification, including oil and filter replacement, vehicle health check, tyre pressure check, fluids topped up, AdBlue supplied, and even washed the car before collection. Everything was clearly explained and documented. A special thank you to Neil and the Service Department for their excellent communication regarding the vehicle recalls. They took the time to explain that the camshaft chain recall had already been completed with the improved modified chain fitted, and also informed me about the upcoming ECU software recall in a very clear and reassuring manner.
