McGinley Motors was established in 1982 by Noel McGinley and opened for business on 2nd January 1983 in a small newly built workshop (1500 sq. ft.) on a green field site. McGinley Motors employed three people -including the Dealer Principal, when it first started out! In May 1983 Noel was awarded the Peugeot Franchise, followed closely by the Austin Rover/Land Rover Franchise in June 1983. In 1986 a new Rover/Land Rover showroom was constructed. In 1998 we started a major upgrade & re-development of our existing premises, building a new Peugeot Showroom. After adding a new multi-storey Development at Pearse Road, Letterkenny, we were appointed Volvo Dealers in January 2002 and Mazda Dealers in November 2009.
